At SkeletonHD, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the items in their original SkeletonHD signature packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
